Where has the progress bar on the Releases page gone?

There used to be a Progress bar at the top of the page for Releases (when looking at an individual release).  We have just updated to version 9.4.0 and it's now disappeared.  Is this intentional, a bug, or have I got to switch on a setting somewhere that has now turned off?

I have a staging instance where we've updated Jira to 9.4.1 and I have the same behavior. I'll do some digging and try to figure out if that's a bug.

Just following up on the question, the behavior you e noticed is a bug. On the link, below you can vote for the bug and add yourself as a watcher to get updates.
