i am having issues with a Date time picker field not saving the date on a specific issue type. I would like to see if there is an error message.

How do I find the error log to see if there is a message on why the date and time is not being saved for this specific issue. The date and time picker works on the other issues/

You don't have access to the logs on the back end, you only get to see errors that go back to your browser if an action fails.

If a field is not being saved, you'll need to look at the browser message, but I would also check the automations log to see if something there might be wiping out the value after you've entered it.
