Where do I submit a bug ticket to JIRA? `g a` hotkey failure

Ben Cawrse February 13, 2020

The hotkey `g a` fails to load the left sidebar, so you cannot change projects from an agile board without an f5 refresh. I'd like to report the bug, but I haven't been able to find a place to put a ticket.

How strange that a ticket management software which allows injecting ticket submission into projects for clients doesn't have it for their clients? Perhaps I missed it, looked around and expected it in the help menu, couldn't find it in the documentation either.

i have never used the "g a" shortcut. not even sure of its purpose TBH. In any case I tried and indeed the sidebar is ghosted w/ placeholders.

report bug here - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

BTW, you can find existing reported issues here - https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa

Fantastic, thank you @Jack Brickey! I'll double-check to make sure there isn't one already before I submit an official one.

My favorite thing about JIRA is the hotkeys. IMO it's the best feature. I can do most of what I need w/o touching a mouse in a browser, brilliant.

`g a` -> GoTo Agile

`g d` -> GoTo Dashboard

`g i` -> GoTo Issues

It was on purpose, used to show up in the hotkey help `?`

Now it looks like they prefer `g p` for GoTo Project. I'll just start getting used to that.

thanks for the insight. i have used a number of the "g" shortcuts. I guess g-p makes for sense for project. I see "a" as "assign" when viewing issues.

I learned `g a` probably 4 yrs ago and have held on since. Oh well, goodbye old friend. Hello `g p`.
