Hi Amanda,

As Clarissa mentioned above, only administrators can access Webdav. If you already have administrator rights and you can't access Webdav, please ensure you're a member of ALL groups under JIRA administrators Global Permission.

Hi Amanda,

The WEBDAV credentials are the same you use to login to your instance (username and password). However, only users with administrative permissions are allowed to login.
