Where do I create a custom report?

I need to create some custom reports. I went to my project and click reports on the left hand side. The instructions online said, I should see "new report" and can use that to build custom reports. I do not see this option. I see the canned reports that are included with the software, but do not see an option to create a new report. Should I be looking somewhere else to do this? Where is this option?

A couple of follow up questions. You are using Jira Service Management? Is it a team managed project or company managed project?

I'm not sure. What is Jira Service Management? It says Company Managed Project.

Could you go to under Jira settings -> Products? This will show you what Jira products you have.

I only see Jira Software.

The custom reports are only available for JSM. You might be able to find plugins though.

No I do not see Jira Service Management. Only Jira Software. Does this mean I cannot create custom reports?
