Where did Project Description go?

A few days ago when creating new projects there was a field for project description.  I can't find it anywhere now.  Is this a bug or an issue with my settings?  I followed the instructions here, but the field is completely gone.  https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/edit-a-projects-details/

What type of project are you creating? 

Company managed -> There is a description field.

Team managed -> They don't have one.

On the projects page it says Team Managed Business.  I could have sworn it was there before, but in any case for Team managed, How do I display some kind of project description?  Are you supposed to just have a task called project summary or something?

Since there is no Project description field under DETAILS, you will need to add a custom field with that information.
