Where can we upvote to be able to mark work done or ready on Kanban board

Kanban helps visualize work but without the ability to mark a card ready (done) in a column, we lose some of the value. I would prefer a dev to not push work into the next column so the team knows it is ready for the next step. Users should be able to have some type of checkbox or something similar to make the card ready in its current column, so the team knows the card is ready to pull.

This defeats the whole purpose of having a workflow (and hence a board representation of the workflow).   Your "ready" flag represents a step in the process, not a field, so you should reflect it in the workflow.

I am sure this feature has been asked for before. looking for the feature request to upvote
