Hello All!
I am trying to find out what/who is approving and granting licenses in Jira/JSM. My team is almost at the max for our licenses. We have conducted manual cleanup to reduce our numbers. However, we are back to the original issue, which is again almost at a max. Is there a specific section in Jira to look? Does anyone have the Cloud Admin team contact info?

Hi,
The user having the "user access admin", the org admin and site admin can add/approve user. So you need to review this with your admin. You can also try to look at the audit log.
