Where can I find the "replication settings page" in the Jira 7.2?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Disaster Recovery Guide for JIRA

Where can I find the "replication settings page" in the Jira 7.2?
I tried to find it, but looks like doesn't exists.

Are you on JIRA Data Centre? The settings only exist for Data Centre.
