Where can I find the number of license consumed in my JIRA cloud instance?

Earlier, this info was available under product access but I dont see it anymore.

For me I can see it under

Settings -> Billing -> Manage Subscriptions

There you see both what you have and how many consumed:

It's "Manage subscriptions" in the billing section.
