Hi everyone, I recently read about the new Atlassian Projects feature, which is supposed to support traditional project management with defined start/end dates, milestones, and assigned owners—unlike the classic Jira "Projects" (now called "Spaces") that are more for ongoing work.
However, I can't seem to find this new functionality anywhere in my Jira Cloud instance. Is it a separate product? A new module? Or is it only available for certain plans or regions?
I'd really appreciate it if someone could explain:
Where exactly to access Atlassian Projects
How it's different in practice from the old Jira Projects (now "Spaces")
Whether it's already available or still rolling out
Thanks in advance for any guidance or links you can share!

Atlassian Projects is part of the Atlassian Platform Experiences and provides a lightweight, cross-product “project” record with start/end dates, milestones, owners, and weekly status updates; it is separate from Jira projects and is not a replacement for them. If it isn’t visible in your site yet, it’s likely because Platform Experiences is not activated for your site or your site is pending rollout/migration from Atlas
How to find and access them
Thanks

Thanks a lot, Jayesh!
That makes perfect sense, it’s probably that the Platform Experiences feature isn’t enabled in our environment yet, since I still can’t find the option anywhere.
Appreciate your help and clear explanation!
Best regards,
Franco

Hi and Welcome ,
you can find the project and goals feature under atlassian home , but you you have it be activate as app in the atlassian apps of the organisation administration.
I access it over Atlassian Home .
The complete documentation you find here, how it works. and i think it is a good approach to use in this case Goals to.
