Looking for some guidance on how to include "People Involved" list within the portal.
I need to allow clients who are "watchers" or "Involved" access to search issues within the portal. From searching the community it is my understand that person would need to be added to the Involved list, and watchers cannot view or comment on an issue, they will only get notifications, am I understanding that correctly?
Any advice or guidance would be most appreciated!
