It seems that you are on Atlassian OnDemand, if that is the case, you would need to create a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com in order to get the backup data.

Our problem is, we want to backup our data and SVN at http://feixun.jira.com
Which we can't find the backup options form Administrator page.
Any idea, how we can backup all our data?
