Whenver I view an issue in Fisheye it logs me out of my user session in JIRA 6.0.8

When I review a ticket related to a commit in Fisheye, I get logged out of my JIRA session in a seperate window. This is not due to a timeout and only occurs with Fisheye, Confluence doesn't result in the same thing.

Are you differentiating JIRA and FishEye by port only, or do both applications also have a context path set ?

They reside on different servers.
