Hi @Adam Abela

You have to make sure that you have product access for the project you are trying to access. If e.g. you only have a license for Jira and the project you try to access is JSM, then you need to have a valid JSM license.

Hello @Adam Abela , which browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache and start in incognito mode?
