When working in Jira as an administrator, I am sometimes unable to access/view filters and projects.

There are times when I try to populate a filter or establish an advanced roadmap plan with an issue source connected to a filter, but am unable to see the filter. When I cross-reference with colleagues, they can see the needed information, but I can not despite the same permissions.

Hi Nicole - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Access is based on the permission scheme associated with the project or how filters are shared. Just being a Jira Administrator does not give a user wholesale access to everything. You still have to have those permissions granted through the scheme.

One way to check what you need is through the Permission Helper function found within the Permission Scheme.
