Please provide more details.

What exactly do you mean that the "behavior" of the field is not triggering?

What are you expecting to happen when the field is updated? Why are you expecting that behavior to happen? What configuration options or third party apps are you using that you expect would change the behavior of the field?

Are you an administrator for your Jira instance?
