When transitioning from one status to another, need a modal window to appear with the templated text

Need help :)

When I transition the task from one status to the other I need a modal window to appear with my preset text/table whatever for developers and it shouldn't be like a default field value. 

Is there a possible way to do so without some extra scrip runners or so ?

Hello, Good day. If you are using company managed project then you can add a screen to the workflow transition from one status to another status. You can create a new screen with the required text field and then this will appear during the transition. Thank you for reply, but this is not exactly what the issue is - I have already added the new custom field and allocated it to the screen I need, but the thing is that I need this screen to appear on transition with already preset text, so this means when screen appears there shouldn't be an empty space, but prefilled text/table. So the question is how to do this automatization
