When transitioning an issue on a board it changes the owner

When I drag an issue from To Do, to In Progress, or Done it automatically assigns it to me. How do I configure the board to not do this?

i suspect your workflow has a Post Function that is setting the assignee to the person triggering the event. If not a PF then an Automation rule.
