When switching between Text and Visual modes, Jira relocates view window to the top

This is a minor but irritating UX issue I encounter all the time when writing tickets. When I switch between Text and Visual modes, Jira loses my position in the document, always repositioning the cursor and the window position to the top of the edit window.

On long tickets, I waste a lot of time scrolling the window back to the bottom of the document so I can resume working.

To reproduce this issue:
* In a Jira ticket that is longer than the edit window, in Text mode, scroll down and insert the edit cursor at a line near the bottom.
* Switch to Visual Mode.
* Expected result: You will be in the same position in the document but in Visual mode, with your cursor where it was.
* Actual result: the edit window scrolls to the top and your cursor is repositioned to the first line.

When  switching from Visual to Text mode, the issue isn't as bad: the cursor is repositioned but the window maintains position (which is the more important factor).

Thanks for checking this out.  If it bugs you as it does me, please vote it up and let's get it fixed!
