When new issue view is going to be implemented in Server/Datacenter?

When new features described in the https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/what-is-the-new-jira-issue-view/ are going to be implemented in off-cloud Jira? Layouts, control over always visible fields (but not required), pining, etc...

Data Center and Cloud are very different pieces of software and are developed independently. As far as I can tell, there's no intention of bringing the Cloud issue view to DC. (Certainly not to server, as it's going away)

Hopefully never! Or at least make it optional only. Don't make it required. Have you seen everyone complaining about being forced to use the new issue view in cloud?
