I assume you are referring to the Atlassian Government Cloud, @Larry Dickstein?

If so, you can join the waitlist from this EAP signup page. There's a Q&A at the bottom of that page with answers to some of your questions with information that is known to date. When you join the waitlist and are a good candidate, you will be informed if and when you can join as soon as that information is available.

Thanks Walter. Yes, the Atlassian Government Cloud. I joined the waitlist when it first was offered. I have not heard back.
