What is the "request type" field?  Is it a custom field, or are you using a Service Desk?

Hmm. The type should have prompted you to ask for a new one if the target project didn't have the same types as the source

Yes, i chosed "Questions" but after nothing happened, just No match ... Did you try to reproduce this, and work at you? :(
