Hello, Good day. Whether you user account used from safesforce to Jira has Jira admin or site admin permission ?

Thanks for the response, yes the user account is Jira admin.
When I try to use the same rest API in the browser I'm able to able to get all the statuses but when I do the same on the Salesforce side.
This is an issue that I'm facing with the status code: 403

As the same API call works on browser this confirms that there is no permission issue. Is there a chance that Salesforce uses a different user account than yours (like an addon user account)?
