You could consider using automation. Assuming you have a link to the issue in the other project then you could trigger on issue A changing and then change issue B copying the fields from issue A to issue B.

Hi Ravikiran!

As Jack says you can do it using Automation, here is an example copying description from project A to project B, when description is edited in project A.
