I have created new defect tickets and added the attachments but when I view again they have not added to the ticket, and my colleagues cannot view them. I have had to go into old view to attach. This has only happened in the last three weeks. Anyone else getting this problem

When I create or attach to an existing ticket in the new view in the actual ticket itself, it appears to have attached. But when I ask my colleagues to check and view the ticket - there are no attachments
