When changing a workflow all backlog, todo, and in progess issues vanished

I have changed my project Workflow from standard EP to a custom workflow (very similar but with custom transitions & post transition operations).

After finishing the process all my backlog issues dissapeard as well as all the issues I had on "to do" and "in progess".

aparently current sprint issues did not display - becuse of board settings.

So now just backlog issues
