UI fields need boxes around them to provide clear visual boundaries, showing users instantly where they can click, tap, or type without guessing. These containers improve usability by making interactive elements stand out from static background text.
@sbardarov Is this about the recent changes to the Create screen? If yes please see this post about it https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-articles/Introducing-the-new-streamlined-Create-experience-in-Jira/ba-p/3256211 and you might want to add your feedback there. Also, you will see there that a Jira Admin can switch off the 'new create experience' via Settings > System > General Configurations, then set "Simple Create as Default" to off. This applies to the entire site.
Hi @sbardarov !
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this. You make a great point regarding UI accessibility and visual boundaries.
Just a quick heads-up: this section of the community is mostly geared toward technical Q&A and troubleshooting specific issues. Since your post is focused on design feedback and UI suggestions, it will get much better visibility and engagement if you share it in one of our community groups!
