When all blocking issues are set to "Done", then transition the parent issue

Hi Guys,

for every so called "Feature Story" we create a "Code Story" or even several Code Stories, mostly divded into Frontend and Backend. What I know need is most probably a suitable script in the Fast-track transition an issue option!

Here is the use case: When all the Code Stories, which block the Feature Story, are set to "Done" the Feature Story should move from the state "In Progress" to "Development Done" automatically. An Add-On is unfortunately not an option.
