When a sprint is closed within a certain project team → then assign issues to next sprint 

I am trying to write a rule that will move tickets that were not completed in the finished sprint to the next sprint, but I need it to apply to a specific team within the project. 

Trying to figure out is thats a user condition or an advance compare? How would I do either?

You do not need to write automations for this.  Jira will move incomplete issues to the next sprint automatically when you close the current one.

Oh, weird. I found it as an example rule in the Jira Automation templates so I was going to practice with automation by implementing it to our project.
