When a free trial has ended, is it no longer possible to import a Confluence Space?

Hi,

Yesterday I successfully imported several Confluence spaces from one URL to another. Today however, my free trial has expired and I am now unable to import the space I need. It could be possible I'm doing in incorrectly, but I'm following the exact same steps I took yesterday. The error I receive is 'There was an error during import. Please see our guide to raising a bug report' followed by 'Your request could not be processed because a required security token was not present in the request. You may need to re-submit the form or reload the page'.

So my question, am I right in thinking that due to the free trial ending, I can no longer import my Confluence Space OR is it due to another problem?

Many thanks.

The end of a trial makes your Confluence go read-only (and be warned, for Cloud, it's going to be deleted within 6 days if memory serves - you get a week to renew or buy before it goes away), so yes, it will fail.  Although the error looks different, it may well be a simple "you don't have the rights to do this"
