When I type in comments with @ it doesn't suggest me users in list Jira??

When I have comments on by type @, it doesn't suggest me users in list.

I have try to all browsers but the same issue. My friends accounts do them ok. But only my account and some my friends have that problem.

Please help me that.

You need the "Browse Users" global permission in order to use @mentioning
