When I opt for Free trial why does it go to Premium Trial for 30 days.

When I l create a profile in JIRA for free trial I am diverted to Premium Trial for 30 days. Why am I being diverted when I want to opt for the free option only?

Has the option now changed and JIRA has stopped providing free version?

Hi @Sandipan 

Welcome to the community 

If you are using Jira software standard version it will be free for 14 days upto 10 users,if you go for premium version it will be free for 30 days if you want to change from premium to standard.

settings-->Billing--->Manage subscription there you can cancel the subscription then it will ask move to standard

Yesterday I created the project, team, category, status etc. but today I find everything is gone and now it is asking me to enter the project name. This is the 3rd time this is happening. Can you tell me why this is happening. I had changed the plan as per your above instructions but again it is showing as Premium Trial today. Do I need to do the same work everyday? Where am I going wrong?

@Sandipan after changing from premium to standard it will be in standard plan until before trial period ends

So there is nothing called free plan. It is all trial
