When I open the RTM (Test Management) page, nothing shows up, the page failed to get loaded. It happens both for chrome and safari.
I checked with the third party and they found nothing wrong from their end, and see no request to their RTM from the log I provided to them. So they suggested to check with atlassian here.

There's not much we can do from here (as most people in the forum are just partners or end users, as yourself).
My recommendation would be to reach out to Atlassian Support - this is the official support channel where a dedicated team will assist you with this problem. Note that, in order to raise a new request/ticket, you must be a Jira app/product admin. 👈
