It looks as if the same happened to your question over here 😅 ...

Most likely, the screen configuration of your projects is not identical. Maybe certain fields that are on the screens in your IT Backlog project are not available in the IT Secure project. In that case, you will not see them displayed indeed. So make sure both projects share the same config and - also important - make sure that your custom fields have their context configured as such that they are available in both projects.

Apart from that: as a rule of thumb, always be careful when moving issues between projects. You may lose information in the process (as you noticed) due to config differences, your issues may no longer be available to the reporter (due to permission differences) etc. It is often more solid to create linked issues rather than moving them.
