When I login to JIRA via SSO, redirecting to ManageRapidViews.jspa

Hi,

We are using SSO to connect with Jira, once login to our application and switch to Jira, for a specific user, it is redirecting to ManageRapidViews.jspa and not landing on home page.

Could someone please help me in fixing the issue if you have noticed anytime

We are in jira-software(data-centre):-7.3.4

Hello @Manohar ,

It sounds like the user has the "boards" option selected under their profile settings.

Check out the following KB article that details how this is enabled to access the manage boards page by default on login,  Noting for 7.0.0 and later versions of Jira, the settings are under the second section of the document towards the bottom:

We have actually re-created the jira user and the same is working as expected.
