When I create tickets, I get the notification that they are created. I can see them under "Your work" and open them. But they do not appear on my board.

I specifically allocate them to the lane I want them to appear so that is accounted for.

They are assigned to me. Not sure where I am going wrong?

Any ideas?

Thanks! 🙏

Hi,

Welcome to the community.

Can you take a look a the board filter and see if your tickets are corresponding to your board.

You can also look at the column status and see if the first status is mapped to a column.

Hi Mohamed,

I can conform that my tickets correspond to the board. Also the statuses are mapped to a column.

I have also the Administrator and Member access rights.

The only difference between the cards that show up and the ones that don't show up is the reporter. The ones that show up is created by another administrator.

what else do you think might be the issue?
