When I click on the Edit button for any issue type the screen keeps spinning and pop-up doesn't appe

When I click on the Edit button for any issue type the screen keeps spinning and pop-up doesn't appear 

This seems to be in common for any pop-up screen that appears. For example it spins when I do the following:

- Click on create button to create an issue

- create a sub-task 

- Click on the edit button from one of the issues

Do you have some form of pop up blocker?  Have you tried on a different browser?
