When I am trying to Create test case under my folder in Testing Board, I am getting error.

The error says,

The JIRA server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of this operation.

Close this dialog and press refresh in your browser.

Please can you share the screen? You can anonymise it to remove any sensitive information.

Which testing app are you using? Xray? Zephyr?
