When I am in a JIRA ticket how do I move it to Top of BAcklog?

I used to be able to click the ... on the top right corner and move an issue to Top of Backlog

Hi @Vidya Hariharan ,

you need to have the following permissions in your project: 

Schedule Issues permission and Edit Issues permission

I am assuming I do. Since I can change Statuses, Close Issues etc. Also I had this Permission in the old view. So I am assumg I would continue to have that in the new view.
