Sometime between 11a-12p MT today, our project for end-to-end testing using Xray has...gone wrong.
We have 586 Tests that were organized into 57 Test Sets and 4 Test Plans and have done 10 Test Plan Executions.
None of our Tests are showing any Test Steps and none of our Test Sets or Test Plans or Test Plans Executions are linked. It also appears that our history of Test Runs is also gone.
How can this happen and how can we recover from it?

not sure what happened back then. You can follow the statuspage to be aware of any ongoing issues. I see that there was something on August 2020, but not on that precise date.
Maybe it was a networking issue or some rolling update?
If similar situations happens, I would advise you to reach out Xray support team rightaway.
