What would be the best way to migrate accounts from Jira to any other platform

I would like to move all the existing tickets from jira to another platform such as salesforce or hive.

What would be the best possible solution to that?

Welcome to the community.

That depends on three things.

• What platform you are moving to
• If that platform has a native way to "import data" or if there is an app that can be used to migrate the data from Jira to the platform
• What data you want to move (i.e. just the current data, or also history related to each issue).

Jira has the ability to export issue data from the Search screen to CSV. If the destination platform supports importing data from CSV, then that is one option.
