What user data is shared when using Google Apps login?

Scott Hogan

Looking into using the app from the Google Marketplace to provide access to users from their Google Apps credentials as our corporate office productivity is provided with them.

What personal data relating to our emplyees who login in this way, will Atlassian access and store? E.g. email addresses, Google IDs, passwords etc.

Thanks,

Scott

Hi Scott,

Atlassian does not store neither access any kind of data when the login comes from Google App.

To make sure of that, you can see that when a user logs in via Google, if you see their account information on JIRA - User Management the information there will say "never logged in".

Please let us know if this answers your question.

Cheers!
