What's your favorite Project Automation you've setup on new projects?

I learned how to setup my parent status to update to "In Progress" when a sub-task is "In Progress".  I'm not spending time updating parent status's to match children anymore.

I'd love to see what others are doing to help automate their projects...

I like the ability to create an If/Then/Else rule that allows me to do one thing if the value is X and another thing if the value is Y and another thing if the value is Z and another thing if ....

Previously I was doing that with 5 or 6 or 7 different rules/post functions.

Here's another one I like...
Set the parent status to DONE when all the sub-tasks are DONE.
