1. You gain immense knowledge via studying and using that know how in the Atlassian world.

2. Good for your organization as it shows that they've mastered concepts and can actually do the work.

Yes, Heavily, with the programmers using Confluence thru Jira and sync up with Jama. I'm getting Jama down but still need to up my skills in Jira
