What's happened to moving test steps in Chrome?

Good Afternoon,
When creating a new test script or editing an existing test script when I used to be able to move cloned steps or newly added steps with ease in Chrome. However it seems I have lost the ability to pickup steps and move them. Please see image attached.
My work around will be to use Firefox however I was wondering if there is a Chrome setting I need to adjust or whether is this happening to everyone using Chrome? If it's a bug will it be fixed?
