It really depends how your team works. If you more working agile delivery where you are delivering software, then scrum project template might. work better for you. Also, take a look at the workflows and issue types in the template and see if that closer reflects your team.

My recommendation is pick one that closely reflects your team way of working. After that, you. can customize to fine tune to your team's needs.
