I am currently using macOS 11.4 Big Sur and Safari is version 14.1.1 (16611.2.7.1.4). I have been using my laptop for a while and it is quite stable, thus I don't have a plan to upgrade my OS.

But today when launch my Jira Cloud from Safari, I noticed that the UI is TOO BAD! And if I switch to Chrome, the UI is back to normal.

I am not sure if Jira Cloud is still supporting Safari 14.1.1 or not, but it looks like a compatibility issue.

Is there anymore know what is the problem?

Hello @Cheney Ma

You can find information about the browsers supported by Atlassian Cloud products here:

https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/supported-browsers-for-atlassian-cloud-products/

It says "Latest stable version on latest OS release supported"

Hi,

MacOs has the latest version named Sonoma released on September 26, 2023. Is Safari 17.4.1 for that latest release also supported?

Thanks, Zuzka
