What is your experience using the Send MS Teams Message with Automations

Anyone using the Send MS Teams message in their Automation rules?  If so can you share some brief information about your experiences with this Automation rule?  Examples of the Automation Rule criteria as well.

Hi there David, for simpler automation rules, the Send MS Teams message action works well.

How about a partial answer :-).    This Jira Cloud App for MS Teams is free and works well:

If you don't have this in place, I'd start there and you probably wouldn't need to do anything else.  An Automation update or comment on a ticket you care about would be reflected (I think)
