What is the sprint capacity vs team capacity in Advanced planning?

For Plans I can set a Sprint Capacity and a Team Capacity, is it either/or when determine capacity or how is it designed that these capacities influence each other?

You can set Sprint Length and Capacity

Sprint Length should be equal to the sprint length used when creating a sprint in a scrum project.

Capacity is the total of average completed number of Story Points by a Team when executing a sprint.

So historically you can check your average story points completion number per sprint and set this the capacity of the team.
